Editorial Policy

Last updated: 31 January 2026

At CryptoPulse.News, we’re committed to maintaining high editorial standards and a transparent publishing process. Our goal is to provide reliable, curated crypto news, educational content, and official announcements from trusted blockchain and fintech projects.

This page outlines how we review content, what we accept, and what we prohibit — ensuring our readers receive trustworthy information and our partners understand our standards.

1. Core Editorial Principles

We follow clear principles to ensure our content remains accurate, transparent, and reader-focused:

  • Accuracy: We verify facts and avoid sensationalism or unverified claims.
  • Transparency: Sponsored content is clearly labeled and never presented as editorial reporting.
  • Objectivity: We strive for fair, balanced coverage and avoid manipulative or biased language.
  • Originality: All published content must be original, properly attributed, or officially licensed.
  • Relevance: Only crypto, blockchain, fintech, and Web3-related topics are covered.
  • No financial advice: We do not provide or endorse investment, legal, or financial recommendations.

2. Sponsored Content Policy

We accept sponsored articles and official press releases from verified crypto and fintech companies, under strict guidelines:

  • Each sponsored piece is clearly labeled with a sponsored content disclaimer.
  • Sponsored content must meet the same editorial quality standards as any other publication.
  • Sponsored content headlines must be factual, non-sensational, and news-focused. Editorial reserves the right to edit headlines for clarity, length, and compliance with this Editorial Policy.
  • Sponsored content may include up to 5 relevant external links, provided they add contextual value to the content. Excessive or low-quality links may be removed at editorial discretion.
  • All sponsored links use rel="sponsored" and/or rel="nofollow" attributes in accordance with search engine guidelines.
  • Submissions promoting misleading claims, “pump and dump” language, or fake announcements will be rejected.

We reserve the right to decline or edit any content that does not meet these requirements.

3. Prohibited Content

To protect our reputation and comply with Google’s content policies, we do not accept content in the following categories:

  • Gambling and betting-related content
  • Cloud mining services, HYIPs, or high-risk yield schemes
  • Unverified token presales and airdrops
  • Financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
  • Adult content, weapons, extremist ideologies, or political promotion
  • Misleading or clickbait content

Some questionable content may be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis if it can be rewritten or adapted to meet our editorial standards.

4. Submission Requirements

To maintain a clean and consistent standard across the website, all submitted content must meet the following requirements:

  • Language: English only.
  • Headline: Clear, factual, and news-focused, with a preferred length of 60 characters or fewer. Editorial may edit for compliance with this Editorial Policy.
  • Featured Image: High-quality, original image with a 16:9 or 2:1 aspect ratio and a minimum width of 1200px.
  • Links: Up to 5 relevant, contextually appropriate external links.
  • Length: At least 400 words.
  • Formatting: Clean, well-structured text using clear headings (H2/H3) without excessive promotional language and formatting errors.

We encourage submitters to provide a short company description and relevant links to official sources (e.g., website, social profiles, whitepaper).

5. Fact-Checking & Corrections

All content is reviewed prior to publication to promote accuracy and credibility. In the event factual inaccuracies are identified after publication, we will promptly update or annotate the content to maintain transparency.

While we strive to keep published content permanent for transparency and archival purposes, CryptoPulse.News reserves the right to remove content in cases of legal concerns, fraudulent activity, or project inactivity. When possible, content will be updated or annotated rather than deleted.

6. Contact & Submissions

If you would like to submit content or discuss sponsored publication opportunities, please contact us.

You may also submit content or explore broader distribution options for press releases or sponsored articles through our strategic PR partner, ANS.Agency.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect platform changes or new editorial standards. The updated version will always be available on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
